1. Purpose of Donations

Holy Spirit International Church, Inc. accepts donations to support our ministries, community outreach programs, worship services, missions, and church operations. Every contribution is used responsibly to further our mission of spreading the Gospel and serving those in need.

2. Transparency & Accountability

We are committed to maintaining transparency in financial stewardship. All donations are carefully recorded, and funds are allocated according to the church’s mission and priorities. Financial statements may be made available upon request for accountability.

3. Types of Donations Accepted

We accept various forms of contributions, including:

  • One-time donations (cash, check, or online giving)
  • Recurring donations (monthly or annual giving)
  • Tithes & Offerings (as part of biblical giving)
  • In-kind donations (goods, services, or other non-monetary gifts)
  • Special project or mission-based donations

4. Tax-Deductibility

Holy Spirit International Church, Inc. is a registered non-profit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors will receive receipts for their donations for tax purposes.

5. Refund Policy

All donations are considered final. However, if a donation was made in error or a refund is requested due to extenuating circumstances, donors must submit a written request within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds will be issued at the church’s discretion.

6. Privacy & Donor Information

We respect the privacy of our donors. Personal information collected during the donation process will be kept confidential and used solely for church-related purposes. We do not sell, trade, or share donor information with third parties.
